Project Background: A large commercial complex in Dubai, United Arab Emirates has entered the main framework construction phase, and the general contractor urgently needs a batch of building steel that meets ASTM standards. Due to the delay in foundation construction in the early stages of the project, the time left for material entry has been severely compressed.

Customer challenge: The project schedule is extremely tight, and the customer has extremely high requirements for the yield strength and dimensional tolerances of the steel. Due to the involvement of multiple specifications of H-beams and rebar, traditional traders need to transfer goods from different steel mills, making it difficult to gather all the spot goods and consolidate them at the port in a short period of time.

We quickly matched 1200 tons of hot-rolled H-beams with 800 tons of rebar and arranged for a quality inspection team to conduct dimensional and visual re inspection before shipment. We completed the customized bundling and loading of all materials within 5 days, and provided a complete SGS inspection report and MTC material list along with the goods.
