Project background: A well-known food processing machinery manufacturer in Vietnam needs to purchase a batch of 304 stainless steel plates for its new generation stainless steel production line and requires cutting of specific shaped irregular parts.

Customer challenge: The customer lacks large high-precision laser cutting equipment internally. If standard panels are purchased and outsourced to local processing plants, not only will the processing fees be high, but the delivery time and quality tolerances will also be difficult to control, seriously affecting the assembly progress of the production line.

Wanxiang Solution: Wanxiang not only provides high-quality spot 304 stainless steel plates, but also utilizes its own factory’s deep processing center to directly take over the cutting process. Customers only need to provide CAD drawings, and our technical team will optimize the layout (to reduce material waste) and use high-precision laser cutting machines to complete the processing, with tolerances controlled within ± 0.1mm. After completing the cutting, we also carried out edge deburring and anti scratch protective film treatment.

Project achievement: The finished product is directly delivered to the customer’s production line, achieving “out of the box use”. Saved customers about 15% of comprehensive procurement and processing costs, and shortened the supply chain circulation time by 10 days.
